Martin Families of Burke/1800

I am trying to locate the Martin families in North Carolina that 2 of my grandfathers married into. John Reed b. abt 1750, d. 1818 whose second wife was Mary Martin b. unknown, d. 1822 sister to a Wm. 'Rock' Martin. Edward Reed married Sarah Martin b. abt 1781, d. 1854. I believe that these Martin and Reed families were in the Lincoln or Burke Counties of North Carolina between 1785-1805. Some additional information is that a Christian Shell married a Rachel Martin. My Reed's and some Martin's and Shell's migrated to Warren County, TN about 1801-1805 and lived very close to each other. I suspect that all these Martin females were related. Any information would be appreciated.
