The 1850 census of Caldwell Co. lists William WHITE & family stating he was born in Burke Co. 1797. He was married to a Nancy b. 1801. Children listed Joseph b. 1824, James b. 1831, Harriet b. in Yancy Co. 1840 and Elizabeth b. in Yancy 1842. Harriet & Eliz. possibly grand children.

The 1860 Caldwell census shows all children gone except
Harriet & Eliz.

Looking for parents and siblings of this William WHITE and and info on the above listed children.
