Coxes in Burke Co. in 1700's

Anybody come across any Coxes in Burke County in the 1700's? I am looking for information on Isaac Cox, born 1750 and died in 1814. He had a son David Cox born 1782 in Burke county. The son and his family removed to Gainesboro, Jackson County Tennessee. There is also mention of a Levi Jarvis who might have given the Tennessee land to the coxes. Thank you. Sarah
