Hi. I don't think the Lewis Funeral home exists in Asheville any longer. There is a list of Asheville's funeral homes here:

There is a Lewis Memorial Park in Asheville that is mentioned in the 2nd website.
I don't know how you would be able to find out exactly which sanitarium she stayed at unless there was something written in a newspaper, or in family documents or letters. I'm not an expert on this. Perhaps you could try posting on any boards relating to Asheville, NC. Good luck in your search! Annie
