Nancy Fortner/Forkner/Fortiner/Fortener #1

Need information on Nancy Fortner who is recorded in the 1810 Old Pendleton District (now Pickens County, SC)census. Pickens County is just across the border into South Carolina. I am looking for Nancy's parents/siblings or any other connecting information.

       Book 74 Page 295 No. 933 Know ye that me have granted unto Nathan Faulkner 100
       acres in Anson Co. beginning at Wm May’s third corner, adjoining Simson. Said Falkner now
       lives , Richetts and Eden. Nov. 16, 1790. Signed J. Glasgow Sec., Alex Martin.

       Entry no. 1121 You are hereby required to lay off for Nathan Falkner 100 acres on waters
       of Gold Fork adjoing Rainey, Palmer and perhaps Mays. Jan. 2, 178?
       March 21, 1783. Surveyed for Nathan Falkner 100 acres in Anson Co. beginning in Jerman’s
       line at a pine in Cunningham’s line adjoining Rainey and Palmer exclusive of 10 acres taken
       by an earlier survey. Chainers Archibald Falkner, George Hammond. Signed Morgan Brown,
       surveyor.
       Grant No. 1007. Issued Nov. 16, 1790 on entry no. 1121
       Book 73 Page 315. know ye that we have granted unto Nathan Faulkner 50 acres Anson
       Co. beginning on Jerman’s line at a pine in Cunningham’s line adjoining Rainey and Palmer
       exclusive of ten acres taken by an earlier survey. Nov. 16, 1790. Signed J. Glasgow Sec.

       Pursuant to entry no. 926 dated April 1, 1801. you are to lay off for Elisha Falkner 500 acres

       March 12, 1802. Surveyed for Elisha Forkner 500 acres in Anson Co. on head drains of
       Morrisses Branch beginning at Pleasant Mays corner adjoining John Forkner, Asa Forkner
       Will Wisdom and Chileses. Chain carriers Job Forkner, Francis Wisdom. Signed H. Marshall
       Sur.

       Nov. 30, 1802. Elisha Forkner paid purchase money for 500 acres in Anson Co. Signed J.
       Craven

       Book 110 Page 234. Know ye that we have granted Elisha Forkner 500 acres in Anson Co.
       on drains of Morris’ Branch adjoing John Forkner, Bohannon, Asa Forkner, Wisdom and       
       Chiles. Entered April 1, 1801 and granted Dec. 11, 1802. Signed Will White Sec. J. Turner.

       Warrent of Survey no. 11217. Oct. 9, 1807. You are required to lay off for Nancy Forkner
       200 acres on waters of French Broad on west side of head of Davises Creek on both sides
       of an old Indian Road and return the works of the survey to the Sec. Office. Given my hand
       Jan. 11, 1808 Joseph Henry ET.
       
       Nov. 8, 1809 By virtue of the within warrant no. 11217 entered Oct. 9, 1807 I have surveyed
       for Nancy Forkner on waters of French Broad River west side of Davis Creek on both sides
       of Old Indian Road and joining Hamlins line 100 acres. James Hamlin and Enoch Dawson
       survey chain carriers. Signed John Corlton.

       Comptrollers office Dec. 2, 1809. Appears that Nancy Falconer paid for entry of 200 acres on entry
       no. 11219. Signed ? Goodwin Compt.

       Book 125 Page 168. No. 1841. Dec. 20, 1809. Granted unto Nancy Forkner 200 acres in
       Buncombe County on waters of North Fork of French Broad River. On west side of Davis Creek
       and both sides of old Indian Road joining Hamlins line. Entered Oct. 9, 1807. Signed David Stone.
