TB sanitarium in Oakley community

I am looking for the name of the TB sanitarium the was built somewhere in the mid to late 1940's. It was located at the corner of Fairview Road and Ridge Ave in the Oakley community in south Asheville. It was later to be known as the Oakley Apartments.
I was born in 1948 and grew up on Ridge Ave. I only remember it as Oakley Apts,. but my father and older brother both remember it as a sanitarium, but do not remember the name
