I need copies of early Buncombe County deeds for my ancestor Osborne Ball. Could someone tell me the procedure for obtaining them myself or provide the name of a copiest or researcher in the area.

One problem is that the first name is spelled many different ways---Osborne, Osbun, Asborn, Ozborn, Ausborn.
