Need information on Hugh Matthews. He had a daughter Flora Matthews who was born about 1817 and she married Benjamin Chinnis. Would like to know her mothers name and where Hugh originally came from. I believe it was Robeson Co. but not sure. I don't see Hugh in an 1820 census. I find a Hugh in 1810 in Robeson. In 1830 and 1840 he is in Brunswick Co. Flora and Benjamin Chinnis chn:

Mary Chinnis b. abt.1838
Hamilton James Chinnis b.8 Sep 1842
John Archibald Chinnis b.abt 1842
Daniel Chinnis b.abt.1847
Julia Chinnis b. abt.1850
Allis Virginia Chinnis b. abt. 1856
Robert Chinnis b. abt. 1859
