You are right that many of the cemetaries in Brunswick County are not recorded on the various lists or maps and that most are affiliated with churches.

The Booklet I spoke of had quite and extensive list for this county; however, many of the names were actually duplicates -- what I mean is that the name changed several times and each name had a seperate listing.

There is a cemetary preservation project underway through Brunswick Community College. The goal is to at least identify as many burial sites as possible. This is even more important for the more obscure sites and those which have been abandonned or forgotten.

Any information you can add will be greatly appreciated. The forms are in the College library.
