Hello. I am looking for a book by Lawrence Barringer called "Future Facts for Future Generations". I am not sure when it was written but probably in the last 50 years. The book is referenced in another one called "Lest We Forget" by Lionel Melvin. This 2nd book states that Lawrence Barringer is descended from Elizabeth Cowan (born 17 Apr 1795)and Evander McIver from Bladen Co., NC and his book "Future Facts...." is about the Cowan family of Bladen Co.
Does anyone know where to obtain the book by Mr. Barringer? I am descended from John Bradley Cowan, brother of above-mentioned Elizabeth Cowan.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
