Thanks, I spoke years ago to a descendant that moved to Hillsborough County Florida and said Thomas that had two daughters named Sara and Ann, never had boy children. What I need is a connection between Simpson and McDaniel sur names in Bladen County. I'm thinking my Thomas Simpson might be a cousin to this Thomas Simpson.
My Thomas Simpson, had Thomas Simpson born 1797 in NC,
James born 1795, Sarah born 1800 never married, Annie
born 1801 married James McCormick. and suppose to have
Arthur, Alexander, Jacob, Frederick also
all children born in North Carolina. Thomas born 1762 in NC wife Elizabeth McDaniel born 1760 in NC. Add all these
dates and I come up with Thomas Simpson family living at least 45 years in NC before moving to GA in 1820. Can not
find any records before 1820 in Ga.
Thanks again for your time
