Greene County, NC - Cullen Smith - Revolutionary Service Delamar Extracts, Pgs 1-200 Legislative Papers Relating to Revolutionary Service NC Archives Cullen Smith of Green County. Petition humbly sheweth that his father Stephen Smith was a soldier in the Continental line of this state, and died in service on or about the third of June 1783, and your petitioner sheweth that a certain Archibal Lytle has since drawn the Military warrant your petitioner was entitled to, being the Legal representative of Stephen Smith, as will appear by documents accompanying this petition, and as it appears from the Secretaries Books that no Grant has issued upon the Warrant aforesaid, your petitioner prays a Duplicate Dec 12, 1800 In both the House and the Senate December 12, 1800, read and referred to Committee
