Averitt History

I have recently placed a book in the Bladen County Library that may be of assistance to researchers of the Averitt family. Book titled: Averitt Genealogy from Christopher Averitt to Present with Emphasis on the Dempsey Averitt Descendants.
This book takes the work done by Herschel Strange Averitt and places it in a more useful format, then inserts the work done by Ruth Averitt Yarbrough. I have updated information on several of the Dempsey Averitt descendants' lines as I have been able to find it.
If you have additional information or corrections to this book, please let me know.
