Hi Susan: I did not get the picture. I talked to a local Plummer who said that Wade H. Plummer was his Uncle. This Plummer has one brother who lives about five miles away in the Oats Community. I guess their age to be about eighty. They have lived here all of their lives. He said that his Uncle Wade was a train engineer who ran from Florence to Charleston. Also, his Uncle Wade had received many honors for saving a girl from drowning when he was young. He thought that some of his Uncle's family lived in Bennettsville. Could this be you? He also said that there were some Windhams connected to his family some way, but he could not remember how. I have some possible clues about the Joe Windham in the photograph, but there is not enough room here to discuss. If you want to take a chance and give me your e-mail address, I will be glad to send more details. WES
