Looking for information of parents of William Anderson Osborne. He was born about 1890 in Bertie Cty & married Elsie Davenport in 1910 in Chowan County. His parents names were William & Mary. That is all I know of them. They were both deceased at time of his marriage. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
