I am searching for the parents of my grandfather, Henry Lafayette "Fate" Teague who married Martha Ann Shumate on December 12, 1885 in North Wilkesboro, NC.
On the marriage bond, his parents are stated as Vanderson Teague and maiden name of mother, Price. Both were born in Alexander Co., NC.
