Seeking info. on Armisa ROGERS - found on 1870 Alamance Co., NC Federal Population Schedule, p. 096 in Melville Township. This is a family name and we have 2 others with this name. Anyone know of this person or her family? Earliest identified Rogers is Everett Rogers, b. 1770, Pitt/Martin Co., NC. Named daughter Armizza b. 1800 Martin Co., later to Hardin Co., TN and Tippah Co., MS) and grandaughter named Armisa (Smith Co., TX. Would like to know any other family, how connected, etc. Unusual name, so feel it must be daughter, grandaughter, etc.

Thanks,
Nancy in CA
