I am looking for any information regarding the early life or parentage of this George Nave, born about 1778 in Maryland. He was married and had four children, all born in Kentucky: Henry Harrison or H.H. b.1819, George Washington or G.W. b. 1827, Sally b. abt 1826, and Barthena b.abt 1831.
The 1850 census shows him living in Daviess Co., KY with his three youngest children. He was 72 and indicated he was born in MD. I also have some church records that place him there at approximately the same time. I have some undocumented information that his wife, name unknown, was born in Virginia. Beyond that, I have been unsuccessful in finding anything. Anyone??
