Hello Misty young, I have alot of cousins that are from Texas,New Mexico Arizona and California and almost all the states but as I'm mostly doing direct family line following my father and mothers family, I'm sorry I can't help you but I can give you some suggestions,in google go to family search .org click search when window opens up go to search again above the blue line click new window look on left side and search US Census,SS death index, try to get a death certificate which should give you her parent names ask uncles, aunts, cousins try to find where she was born and go back. Go to the cementry and get copies of the plot where she's at. find where they were married at get a marriage certificate at the hall of records or at the church they were married.I stopped putting down family name's at 1930 because I didn't want to ofend any one, as I put down what I belive to be the truth and those still with us might not like it.find her birth certificate that should tell you where her grandparents came from.if from Mexico go to international index when it opens click search again in region click and click on Mexico new window fill what you can or just the name and state or just name
Tell my cousin good luck and please read some of the other family posting as you might get an Idea of our family's history.
