Roberto,I tried to send you a message but failed our family is also from Chihuahua in Aldama since 1742 to about 1950's when our uncle Pedro Navarrete died before that we were in Valle De Allende 1537 to about 1742-1760's when the family went to Su San Carlos now called Aldama, I have been doing this for 6 yrs. some cousins are still there but acoreding to a cousin born there no Navarrete left I can connect to the first Navarrete in 1660 maybe i had better start in the begining we come from the Basque country in Spain called Navarre/Navarra our name come from the Basque word Nafarrete meaning plateau between two valleys it is pre Roman you will find our name starts out in about 900A.D.if you look in Ignacio soldier Spain 1300's 1500's you should find it look in the picturers for the town of Navarrete you'll find the house,church and family crest also look under explorers for those that made it into the history books look under Navarrete's of Spain 1200's-1500's look under genealogy of Mexico for the first one's Navarrete and De Navarrete, Alonso,Francisco,Pedro and Louis in the N's under Cortez sometimes that web-site takes a while to load up

Hacienda de Navarrete 1521 we start in 1660's? in 1702-03 there is a Nicolas Navarrete baptizing the godfather is his father another Nicolas so 40 yrs. off 1703 and you get 1660's in 1716 Mariano is born to Nicolas and I for got her first name last name Volanos, Mariano lived to be 99yrs. old died in 1816 in Aldama Chihuahua, from 1537 the family was in Valle De Allende, San Bartolome Chihuahua where Mariano married Gertrudes Gonzales they had some girl in about 1742-1760's they were sent to Su San Carlos now Aldama Chihuahuain 1742 you'll find the priest burying people 1770's daughter's of Mariano 1776 outpost named Su San Carlos 1780's-1790's son's of Mariano Juan,Pedro and Manuel one has to be father of Jorge born about 1800-1810 also about the time name changed to Pueblo de San Geranimo then to Aldama Chihuahua.
1842 Anastacio son of Jorge marrying Refugio Contreas grandparents of my father, his father and mother was Roman Contreas Navarrete and Maria De Jesus Saldnia Rodriguez their children not in order Cruz,Manuel,Jose,Pedro,Telesforo, my dad Mauricio and Rafael daughters all Marias, Quinteria,Luz,Asuncion,Elena,
Rafaela,and Eva also not in orderI hope I don't leave anyone out in 1912 she died then in 1916 he died soon after they started leaveing going towards Juarez where they crossed 1917-1918
tio Telesforo to Albuquerque New Mexico,where he died tio Jose to Carlsbad New Mexico died in El Paso Texas tio Juan to Pixley California buried in Delano California my dad here to Bakersfield California tio Pedro went back to Aldama where he passed.
what happened to Uncle's Cruz,Manuiel and Rafael I don't know same as the ladys they got married and changed their names,we have cousins in Sanger from uncle Jose side tio Telesforo sons were in Riverbank California cousin in Pixley and lots in Los Angeles and Santa Monica from tio Juan in Vislia California from a cousin who already passed he was born in Aldama his name was Florentino Navarrete I have heard that our cousins from fireball California are from one of our aunts?, some I know stayed in Aldama but again I'm not sure us we are here in Bakersfield mostly but some scatered to other parts if you start searching start with your mom and dad and work back don't judge what you find its in the past in a different time what do I want for this information, when someone asks where you got this information from tell them it came from a distent cousin named John,Diego,Pedro,Caldera,Navarrette/Navarrete 2nd T added in 1916-1917
