I am interested in researching the rumor that I see in this forum concerning the royal lineage of Robert Navarre. I have family back in France and I am trying to get them in on it because they have access to records and historians that I dont have. If anyone can provide information on this it would be greatly appreciated. I must tell you though that the few prospects that I have had are not producing much. Robert Navarre is well documented and he probably does have royal favor because of the job he was given and title at Fort Detroit. However, linking him to the Bourbon line in France is proving very difficult. If anyone has documentation or knows where I can find any, it would be greatly appreciated. I am a direct descendant of Robert.
