Hi, Jo. I haven't been able to find anything on this branch of Nautas. I would suggest that you contact the Kent County Clerk's office in Grand Rapids, MI, and request that they look up the deaths for these two Joseph Nautas so that you'll know which one belonged to which parents. My guess is that the one who died in 1919 was the one who was the son of Samuel, as his name is Joseph Samuel (Samuel being a patronym). Where were your Nautas from in the Netherlands? Mine were from Friesland.
