Searching for information on Mary Naughton, born in Clifton Parish, County Galway, Ireland in 1839; died in McEwen, Humphreys Co., TN on November 21, 1897. She married James Bodkin and they had five known children. Eliza (March 11, 1865), Annie (November 17, 1861), Charlotte (February 5, 1863) who married Martin Cooney in Nashville, TN, Bridget (February 8, 1858), and James (December 28, 1867). Also searching for any information on James Bodkin and additional information on the children or their descendents. Mary married John Lagan after James died(?). The children are listed as step-children with John and Mary in the 1880 Census Record for Humphreys Co., TN. The family attended St. Patrick's Catholic Church in McEwen. John Lagan and Mary Naughton Lagan are buried in the Church Cemetery.
