Oh my, see the message I posted below... Lyman was my grandfather and I knew Eustes and Herman.
I am trying to locate some Nations with roots in Upshur County, Texas as I recently inherited some land there when my mom, Nelda Nations Coffman passed away. Her father was Lyman Jennings Nations from Morton and Roscoe Texas. Two of his brothers were Eustes and Herman Nations. Below is part of the legal description of the land I inherited...
57 acres, more or less out of the Simpson Brown Survey, A-25, Upshur County, Texas, being the same lands described in a Deed dated April 16, 1900 from W. W. Beavers to W. A. Nations and J.E. Nations, Deed Records, Upshur County, Texas.
If you know of these Nations, please past this along.
