Jack,
I cannot help but wonder if there might be some connection between this Nations Family and the one I am working on. John Nations born around 1775 in Greenville County, South Carolina, died June 7, 1835 in Campbell County, Georgia. Campbell County was next door to Fayette County. Campbell County became part of Fulton County in the 1930s. John Nations wife was a Sarah Smith, if my info is correct. From the info I have they had 12 children. Israel-1799 in S.C., Thomas-1801 in S.C., Elizabeth-1804 in S.C., Delitha or Tabitha or Telitha-1809 in S.C., Rebecca-1810 in S.C., Christopher-1812 in S.C., Edna- 1812 in S.C., Manley-1815 in S.C., Pleasnt-1815 in S.C., John N.-1825 in GA, James-1830 in GA, and Ann-1835 in GA. I descend from Delitha Nations who married John F. Finley/Findley in 1830 in Campbell County, GA. John Finley died around 1835. Delitha married Shadrack Leatherwood in 1840 in Campbell County, GA. John Finley and Delitha Nations had two boys in their short marriage. Jeremiah-1831 and John M.-1833.

Mark
