Hello Steve,
My name is Leesa Givigliano and I'm from Trinidad, CO. I found your
email address on genforum while looking for information on my family.
First of all, let me say that I have learned so much, not only about the
Nation family, but about doing a genealogy in general, so thank you for that.
You're willingness to post what you have and help others is very admirable.
Lee Andrew Milton Basye and Elizabeth Alice Nations are my great, great
grandparents. I can trace Elizabeth back to John and Mary Amy Franklin
Nations--but from there back I'm still working on.
What I was email about is this: I have seen several genealogies about
the Nations family, and none so far show that Elizabeth Alice was married
before---and that her husband died shortly after there wedding--which was
about nice months after her first child, Pearl, was born. So she might even
have been married twice before Lee Basye.
If this information is of any interest to you--or if you'd like to have information
from Elizabeth A and Lee Basye's descendants---let me know.
