I surfed the Internet and found one or two sites that mentioned a will for Christopher Nation, written in 1777 (Randolph Co.) and being probated in 1799. They listed one of the daughters as Elizabeth, no married name included, so perhaps Elizabeth wasn't married in 1777 but she could be in 1799. I hope someone on this forum has a copy of his will and can sum it up for us. I found the messages from Pat and found her e-mail address through Google. Sent her an e-mail and hope she is still at that address. I also noticed from the messages that some of you say Christopher's wife was Elizabeth Sharp and some say Elizabeth Swaim. All of this is new to me and I haven't really researched it yet because I wanted to make sure about this Elizabeth (Nation) Jones first before going too far. Thanks again for your reply.
