Peter Tarr Brooke County, WVa, d. 1839

Hello--I found a listing through genealogy.com:

From West Virginia Estate Settlements, Brooke County, p. 161
Tarr, Peter, Will, 5-6-1839. Dev.: Mary, wife; Jackson, Wm., Samuel, Camel, Conle, David, sons; Ameda, Sarah, Mary, daus.
Tarr, Peter, Inv., 5-5-1840

Is this the same Peter Tarr that has been dicussed before? If so, it is the first evidence I have that the David in my line (born abt. 1800 in VA) may be related. I think "Camel" may be a mistake for Campbell--it would seem cruel to name a child Camel and I haven't seen it anywhere else. I don't know any of the sibling names, so if anyone can help with this I would appreciate it, especially if someone can verify the link from David to Peter.
Ellen
