Again, thanks so much for sharing from your trove of family facts. I imagine that the line originally emigrated from Germany to Odessa during the time of Katherine the Great. Some where I have a pamphlet from the So Dakota Gen Society telling about the emmigration in to Eureka from Russia. I will root for it. Meanwhile, I am off to work for a few days in Redding, our County seat some 90 miles from here. You have given me much stuff to ponder and no doubt I will be writing to you again. Gary
