Hi Andy. New to this myself but have found the Narum clan to be secretive in nature...probably to keep from being invaded with request. My GGrandmother was Petra Narum (Norge spelling has an e blending with the a)and came from Vestre Toten. I'm interested in finding out about this side of my family (Gmother's side) and am continuing to search for records of her coming to America. That was in 1873 but ships registries only show a Petra Narum coming in 1893. She was preceeded by 2 brothers and moved to S. Dakota. She married a man named Sannes and had about 4 children by him before he died. She then married Nils Jager (came from Sweden) and had another 4 children by him. Would be glad to exchange info if you'd like but understand what I have is limited at this time.
