I have a question. How do you know that Annis Hartless Narron's father was Henry? I am very curious. I have been trying to figure out who her father was. I do know that there were several other Hartless women and one other Hartless man in Carroll County. Catherine Hartless married a David Binghman from Tn. Also, Nancy Hartless married Ellis Jennings. A Sarah Hartless married a Burton Godsey. There was a James Hartless there also. These women are in the 1850 census of Carroll County, Missouri. Annis and Calvin Narron did not appear in the Carroll County census until 1860. Annis' name appears as America.
Have also found Hartless in Holt County Missouri. Hartless were orginial from Amherst County VA before migrating to Tn. I do know that Annis was born in Tn about 1822. She is buried at Old Pleasant Park near Dewitt, Missouri. Calvin is buried in Salem Cemetery, Saline County, Mo.
I am the grgrgranddaugther of Calvin and Annis. Also, I am trying to find out who is Calvin Lee's father. Jo Ann
