My G.grandfather is Reuben Naramore who served in the 43rd Alabam Reg't in the Civil War. A John Naramore served with him (I have no info on John). John is listed to be reuben's brother, they enlisted together from Walker Co where they lived near the Jeff. Co line. Reuben died at Cumberland Gap, Tn in 1863 of measles on my grandfather's (also named Reuben) fourth b'day.John was listed as surviving the War. This could explain why John named his kids after his relatives. Do you have dates on john & his wife that yiou can share? need birth & deaths & marriage dates on all of john's decendants . thak you very much, John Naramore Notify Administrator about this message?
