Stacy,
Your grandmother Adelaide is my mother's sister. Orazio Nardone and Madeline Del Vechia had nine children. Ralpheal, Anna, Theresa, Adelaide your grandmother, Samuel, Mary, (my mother) Serafina, Laura, and Rose. My mother and rose are still living. The first four were born in Italy. I remember my mother telling the story that grandpop was carrying the baby (your grandmother) down the plank off the ship and slipped but he held on to the baby. They were pretty brave to come to a new country with four small children.
