Spanish (Basque?) Naranjos

I myself am just recently looking into my family background. One of the persistant "rumors" that I have heard over the years is that the NARANJO name originally came from the Basque province of Spain, and may even have been NARANZO at one time. Nothing at all to verify it, as I say, I am just NOW getting into the family history. Good luck with your own search.
