Hi Maureen,
How lovely to hear from you. My interest in Matthew Napper is through his mother Mary Haynes (she was buried the same day Matthew was baptised if I remember right). I have Mary's family back in a burial in 1549 - would you like information on them? They will be your ancestors too.
My family is thick on the ground around Rudgwick and I have found many marriages into the Napper family so I would be interested in seeing your material "astridge@one-name.org".
I'd love to know more about the infamous Denby b. 1778!
