If you recall we have a William Napper born 1816 from VA. If you look in my file section on our family webiste, I think you'll find the information your looking for. Marsha Napper of Philadelphia brought this information along with pictures to our 2nd family reunion in Harrisburg, PA.
William had two sons, maybe more that we can count for name John which would be in Marsha link of the family and another son name Charles Napper that I'm linked to.
John was a lot order than Charles. John & Charles moved from VA to Chambersburg, PA. John stayed in Chambersburg but Charles moved farther north to Harrisburg. Then later in life John moved from Chambersburg to Philadelphia.
Contact Marsha she has pictures that I would like a copy of as well of William & John.
We have to make the connection between our two families. Keep me informed, on your progress.
