the answer is a probably yes but you'd need to be a bit more specific about which particular army. As well as the Russian and French armies a myriad of additional contingents served during the Russian invasion (1812)principally with Napoleons La Grande Armee. These French allied contingents included: Austrians, Prussians, Italians, Portuguese, Bavarians, Saxons, Wurttemburgers, Badeners, Westphalians, etc. As you can see it was very much a Czars Russian Army versus Napoleons Pan Europeans.

Narrowing down the list you need will help.
