My fourth great grandfather was Phillip Jacob Wenger B.1799
France. At age 15 he was drafted into army. He became a member of the Imperial Guard ,and member of Legion of Honor.
He was an American Citizen by 1825.
Is there any way of researching his military record?
Karen
