There is a readily available list of British officers killed at Waterloo which you'll find here:

If it's names of rank and file soldiers you want, I could certainly give you a few British and German soldiers (from the Kings German Legion), nothing like an exhaustive list though.

There may well have been men of Polish descent, probably on the French side I would guess, since Poland/Duchy of Warsaw had been a French ally through much of the Napoleonic period.
