Ulster Scot participation in Battle of Waterloo

Just wondering if any Ulster Scotsmen were involved in the Battle of Waterloo? Also looking for information on the possibility that my gggf was a "veteran" as he was granted land in NB Canada, in an area where other land grants were issed sort of as "rewards" for service.
