I recently found a family tree document in some of my fathers old things. It appears that I have some ancestors who had the last name of Napier on my Dad's Mother's side of the family. It only goes back 4 generations and there is not enough information to do a throughout search. Here is what I have so far.
Bare with me because I am having a hard time reading this document.
Howard Shipley Smith is my Dad.
Elvin Shipley Smith (born 2-28-1097) is my fathers dad.
Celo Edith Bess (born 9-5-1907)is my fathers mom.
Grace Napier(born 3-28-1883) and Joesph Francis Bess(born 12-9-1881) are Cleo Edith Bess' Parents.
Grace Napier's parents are Edward Napier (born 3-19-1845) and Annie Bates(born 8-25-1843)
Edward Napier's parents are Franklin Cook Napier(born 7-12-1812) and Lavina Dunn Lofton(born 8-9-1819)
A majority of them lived in Stoddard County, Missouri.
I would like to know any information about them. If possible relatives that are still alive. If you need more information I can supply you with a copy of the document.
I am doing this because I would like to connect with some of my possible living ancestors on my grandmothers side of the family. I think it would be interesting to connect with them.
