Seeking information on R.R.Nancarrow Mining Engineer and general manager of the Lisburne Mines, Pontrhydygroes, Cardiganshire in the 1900's. Born 1884, possibly in Llanidloes, to a Cornish mining family. Lived all his life in Pontrhydygroes and died in the 1960's. Had three children, one son and two daughters. Would like to correspond with his grand-daughter who I believe lives in Australia. The local community wants to recognise R.R. Nancarrows contribution to the mining heritage of the area. Any contacts would be welcome. I believe his father-in-law managed Dolcoath Mine (Cornwall) in the 1900's.
