The 1880 census is now online and I found the family. Listing is for the family of J. Nancarrow as Tailor from England, age 49, Susan C., wife, birthplace New York with parents birthplace NY. Children listed are Rosa, age 22, birthplace England, teacher (could be one of the two daughters by the first marriage; Violetta, age 6, birthplace IL. (my Mary Violetta); Martha, age 4, IL; and Clara P., age 1, Iowa. Could Martha or Clara P. be your Pen'Nina? The age of Martha corresponds to yours but Clara's middle name my have been Pen'Nina. What do you think?
