I am trying to find out about my great grandfather James Nagle born 1876/77 at Richmond Farm, Clonakilty, Cork. I know his father was called Patrick but do not know who his mother is. He had three sisters Mary, Ann and Nora and four brothers Michael, Con, Richard and Unknown. All the children except the eldest daughter Mary left the farm after a family row. Ann and Nora became nuns teaching at Accrington Lancs. Richard worked for the GPO in London. Con went to Australia. Michael went to America married and had three children two boys who became lawyers and a daughter. Unknown went to South Africa. James went to South Wales where he married Emily Fanny Hermann in 1910. James Nagle died at East Glamorgan Hospital, South Wales around 1955 following an operation to correct bad circulation.
