My father, Francis Paul Nachman was born in Tyrone, PA. 1907. His parents, Joseph Nachman and Mary Heigh (Hycek)came over from Czechowslovakia sometime around the end of 1800- early 1900. Two children were born here in Tyrone,my father and my Aunt Mary. One son Albert moved to Yonkers, NY. A son Stephan moved to Erie, Pa. My aunt and my father then came to Camden, NJ and then Riverton, NJ. I have been trying to find any and all information I can about the Nachman family. I haven't done a lot of research yet. My Uncle Albert's wife, Julia said the family came from a town named Barjanov in eastern Europe. I haven't been able to find it though. I would like to hear any information possible.
