Vern,
I would LOVE to have a copy and thanks so much for offering. Speaking of the signature, I have often wondered what significance (if any) there was to the little curlicues that he put after the stroke crossing the double T. The best online example I have found is at:

http://memory.loc.gov/cgi-bin/ampage?collId=relpet&fileName=200/240/240page.db&recNum=2&tempFile=./temp/~ammem_JcnI&filecode=relpet&next_filecode=relpet&prev_filecode=relpet&itemnum=2&ndocs=11

This is where he signed a petition (one of several he signed) objecting to a proposed tax assessment to support the church. This was the beginning of the push in Virginia that eventually led to "separation of church and state".
