I've requested information on this family before, without much luck. I'm looking for the parents of GEORGE MYERS (he was born abt. 1811 in Ohio, married Hannah Hacket in 1832 in Stark County, Ohio. She was born in PA. Their children were all raised in Tuscarawas Twp. Near Massillon, Ohio. They had nine children. Charles, Eliza, Thomas, Permilia, Marshall, Clara, Celesta, James Franklin and Ida. Louis Yockey (many spellings) lived with the family from age 21 until his death in the late 1800's. Hannah died in April of 1868 and George was killed in September of 1868 when a small frame building being used as a jail was burned down. George was being held in the building for disturbing the peace. Anyone?????
