I am looking for the family of my greatgrandfather's brother August Myer b. 1866 in Kuntstown, Pa. He and William b. 1864 were young boys when their parents returned to Germany. Their mother's health was failing here so they sought treatment in Germany. Augusta died in Germany. Their father Karl Anton Myer returned sometime to Pa. and died in Warren Pa.(1889) after a horse kicked him in the stomach.
William and August returned to USA in 1881. William worked in the steel industry.
August married Amanda Jenny Gardner. They had to children, Ava & Lester. August was placed in an interment camp in WWI. He died there before the war was over.
