I am trying to find the parents of Clarissa Willis who was born in Bladen, North Carolina. Clarissa Willis married a man named Fowler. They had several children. One was Eliza N. Fowler who married David Smith of Hope Mills, NC. I have found a Clarissa Willis born in 1804 Bladen County, NC who was the daughter of Simeon Willis born 1738 in Bladen Co. NC. Simeon Willis was married to Amelia Musselwhite born about 1742 in Bladen, NC. Amelia was the daughter of Thomas Musselwhite and Mary (?) of Bladen, NC. Any information that would help prove this connection would be appreciated.
