My name is Walter Dee Music, father W. D., grandfater Arthur Music 1882-1954. They lived in the area around Fannin, Texas Lamar, Tx. My father was born in Crosbyton, Tx. Its very possible Ruth could be from my grandfathers side.
Acousin from Oklahoma back in the nineties called me and said that she had been researching the family and had talked to my aunt Stella and told me my great great grandfather was Andrew Jackson Musick and that I had a cousin named Alan Jackson of country music fame.
